Mikaele Oloa gets a surprise from The Rock at The Kelly Clarkson Show

If you had the chance to watch The Kelly Clarkson Show today, then you saw Mikaele Oloa have the chance of a lifetime to teach the superstar herself how to do a vili with a practice stick!

Kelly Clarkson first introduced him as the "Real Life Maui from Moana" on their set where he had the chance to talk about how Mauga Mu started and how it not only teaches the next generation the cultural art of fire knife dancing, but also life lessons and the importance of humility, kindness, and community.

Mikaele follows with a brief demonstration as he dances with his double knives to the amazing drumming of the show's musicians. After the performance, Kelly tells Mikaele they have a fan that would love to meet him. To his surprise, that fan was Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson himself who appeared from behind the audience with a big smile and an even bigger surprise for Mikaele and Mauga Mu--tickets to see the Black Adam movie!

Thank you to Kelly Clarkson, The Kelly Clarkson Show and Staff, as well as Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson for not only inviting us to the show, but also for the opportunity to showcase our Samoan culture to the world!
